Set within one of Loudoun County’s thoughtfully planned communities, this residential collection reflects the product design leadership of our principal prior to founding Elevare Design. The community features quadruplexes, duplexes, and single-family homes designed to deliver high-density living without sacrificing architectural character. The 56 quadruplex buildings (224 homes total) are crafted with four fee-simple corner units, enhanced by offset rooflines and detached garages that emulate the charm of single-family residences.

Alongside the quadruplexes, the duplex and single-family homes were designed to create a cohesive yet visually varied streetscape that meets evolving market expectations.

The quadruplex product was honored with the Great American Living Award for Best Design and Architecture – Attached Home, celebrating its innovative blend of density, livability, and refined design.
